Boostrap a project. Select the default

$ vue create myapp-vue

Run the server

```sh
$ cd myapp-vue
$ npm run serve

 DONE  Compiled successfully in 2691ms                                                                        4:51:22 PM

  App running at:
  - Local:   http://localhost:8080/
  - Network: http://192.168.0.132:8080/

  Note that the development build is not optimized.
  To create a production build, run npm run build.
```

Browse [localhost](http://localhost:8080). You should see Vue page.
