Handles finding deeper subqueries better than original code. Also handle the case where the expression can be regarded as scalar (i.e. has a TOP 1 and projects only one field). In that case we rewrite the projections so that we take out any previously added projections as it is clear we are not needing it higher up in the SQL		2 years ago
